Bracelet Restring Service

Please allow 1-3 weeks after receiving your item for your item to be
sent back to you.Based on the wear and tear of your bracelet or necklace and how often it is worn, you should consider having your item periodically restrung to prevent it from breaking. If you have a Bitty Bitty Pretty bracelet or a beaded bracelet from elsewhere that needs to be made smaller/larger or is wearing or broken, submit a restring order here. After your order has been submitted, you will receive an email with instructions for mailing (including the address). Please be sure to get a delivery confirmation with your order and enclose a note that includes your name and order number. Before placing your restring order, please read information on bracelet sizing. Please note that if your bracelet is broken and missing pieces or other materials are needed in the repair, other charges may apply. You will be contacting upon reviewing the work that needs to be done, before the repair is made. |
