One out of every 166 children born today will develop some form of autism. An estimated 1.5 million Americans (children and adults) have autism today.

I don't have anyone close to me that has had to deal with Autism, but around the time my son was 1.5 yrs old I started hearing a lot about it. Thinking that you could have a normally developing child and then all of a sudden have them start slipping away from you scared the daylights out of me. I was inspired to do what I do best to help the cause. I've been working with local charities since that time and just in time for April's Autism Awareness month, I revealed the Autism Awareness bracelet.  Feel good knowing that part of the proceeds are going to a charity local to WNY.
